Agreement to Terms

By registering for a conference through the MIWAI Conference Registration Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this platform or register for any conference.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Registration Process

• All registrations must be completed through the online registration platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment confirmation.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the conference cancellation policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration using accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards via Stripe).
• All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We use secure payment processing services. Payment details are encrypted and not stored on our servers.
• Failed transactions due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or other payment issues are the responsibility of the registrant.
• Additional fees may apply for certain registration types, workshops, or special events.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Registrations that have been submitted but not yet paid may be canceled at any time without penalty or obligation. Unpaid registrations will automatically expire or be canceled if full payment is not received prior to the designated registration deadline.
• Once full payment has been successfully completed, the registration is considered final and binding. No cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds will be permitted under any circumstances for paid registrations.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits the registration fee.
• In the event of conference cancellation due to force majeure, full refunds will be issued.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
